Staff and faculty are invited to join the Center for Student Success, the Office for Disability and Access, the Office for Institutional Equity, and the Gertrude B. Lemle Center for Teaching and Scholarship for a special professional development opportunity. Using the Appreciative Education Framework to Amplify Student Voices around Disability & Access will include a student panel discussion on supporting college students with disabilities through the lens of Appreciative Education. 

Participants in the session will develop an increased understanding of: 

The experiences of students with disabilities at Oberlin 

How the six AE phases enhance the student experience 

Innovative actions they can take to support students
