Project Management with Purpose: Planning for Impact and Engagement

Effective project management is rooted in effective communication. In this workshop, participants will learn project management concepts as they refine a project plan for a current project.  Over the course of the workshop, participants will define projects, consider the scale of impact, describe the characteristics of stakeholders, and plan how they will engage stakeholders.
