International students leave their families behind to study in the U.S., working hard to complete their education and adjust to a new life in a foreign country. For many, staying in the U.S. after graduation isn’t easy. They face the challenges of visa restrictions and securing jobs that allow them to remain legally. In this presentation, Peiwen Su, '21, will share her own experiences as she transitioned from student life to a career. She’ll provide practical information on different types of student-friendly visas, how to apply for them, what qualifications are needed, and tips for building a professional network. This session is a great opportunity for anyone looking to understand the next steps in their career and life in the U.S. after graduation.
