The Oberlin Film Society (OFS) will screen Rebels of the Neon God (1992), a Taiwanese drama directed by Tsai Ming-liang. The film explores urban alienation and drifting youth in modern Taipei through a quiet, observational style. Tsai’s debut feature, it helped define Taiwanese New Wave cinema and launched a major international career.
