The Oberlin Film Society (OFS) will screen Stalker(1982), a Soviet era science fiction fantasy film directed by Andrei Tarkovsky (his last before exile from the Soviet Union). A professor and writer sneak into the Zone, led by their guide, the Stalker, who reluctantly helps them through the mysterious site to find a room that grants one’s deepest desires.

A green/grey underground room filled with mounds of sand. One man stands in the foreground, two in the back.
