Mosaic Collective Monthly Tea

The Mosaic Collective is the BIPOC Employee Resource Group at Oberlin College and Conservatory, dedicated to fostering a supportive community for BIPOC employees. Our mission is to connect through shared interests, collective experiences, and educational initiatives, promoting a sense of belonging and empowerment. We welcome allies who are committed to supporting racial justice and equity, and who actively engage in creating an inclusive and respectful environment for all. Together, we strive to build a stronger, more inclusive community for everyone at Oberlin.

We will host monthly teas for faculty and staff to gather for connection and conversation. Please join us for the first tea of the semester! In addition, please bring ideas for semester program planning. Feel free to bring your lunch.
