The Mathematics department is welcoming Jim Brown of Occidental College as our 2026 honors examiner. During his visit, Jim will give a public talk on Congruent numbers, elliptic curves, and a million dollar problem.

Reception held at 4 p.m. in King Building Room 203 - snacks will be provided. Talk to follow at 4:30 p.m.
