Join the Business Program and the Center for Student Success for this unique opportunity to hone in on your personal CliftonStrengths in order to understand the value you bring to a team setting, and to demonstrate the powerful synergy of diversely structured team environments. Students will experience Lego Serious Play, a facilitation methodology developed at the Lego Group, to spark creative thinking and communication. The methodology draws on extensive research from the fields of business, organization development, psychology, and learning. A CliftonStrengths assessment (free to all students) is required prior to the event.
