Identity-Conscious Supervision Panel + Dialogue

The Oberlin Dialogue Collective and the Department of Human Resources Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging will be hosting a panel+dialogue on Identity-Conscious Supervision for Oberlin staff.  Employee panelists from the Collective will talk about their experiences including formative topics such as trust building, power, and diversity. Small group dialogue facilitated by the Oberlin Dialogue Collective will follow the panel to allow employee-to-employee support and explore the pathways and learning curves they’ve incurred on their journey towards inclusive supervision.
