All-Call is here!
Join your peers in explorative dialogue with delicious Chipotle and Rootbeer Floats for the Barefoot Dialogue’s ALL-CALL event! This year, our theme of conversation is "Coming/Going," in the spirit of the transitions, reunions, surprises, joys and griefs that come with the start of a new semester. All years and identities welcome! Our goal is to create a space to meet every person where they are; to address each other as experts of our own identity/experiences, to understand our differences in identity/experience as inherent to a positive community, and to make immense, difficult conversations more safe and approachable. You do not have to be Barefoot! The method is named “Barefoot” after the practice of taking off one’s shoes before entering another person’s space, as a sign of respect and a gesture of vulnerability.
