Faculty and staff are invited to an interactive session on engaging first-gen students in asset-based conversations within the Appreciative Education framework. Using real-world scenarios developed by our student facilitators, attendees will practice recognizing and validating students’ unique talents. Participants will gain practical strategies to empower first-gen students in using their strengths effectively.
