Printer Availability in Fall 2020

Because most public computer labs on campus will be closed during the Fall 2020 semester, access to printers will also be limited.

While professors are accepting digital submissions of work and there are lots of ways to access course material from your computer, CIT is providing printers in several key areas across campus to accommodate printing when absolutely necessary. You can find printers in the following locations:

Academic Commons in Mudd Center

  • Available now
  • Double-sided printing only
  • Black-and-white and color printing
  • No public-use computers available in this location. Use PaperCut Web Print to send a document from your personal computer and pick it up. Select the printer from the dropdown menu called "Commons-Bizhub" to print in black-and-white or "Commons-Color" to print in color.

Conservatory Lounge in Robertson

  • Available now
  • Single-sided printing only
  • Black-and-white printing
  • No public-use computers available in this location. Use PaperCut Web Print to send a document from your personal computer to this printer and pick it up. Select the printer from the dropdown menu called "Robertson."

Perlik Commons in the Science Center

  • Available now
  • Single-sided printing only
  • Black-and-white printing
  • No public-use computers available in this location. Use PaperCut Web Print to send a document from your personal computer to this printer and pick it up. Select the printer from the dropdown menu called "Chem Lab."

Clarence Ward Art Library

  • Available now
  • Students must schedule a time to pick up printed materials. Make an appointments online (walk-ins may be permitted if space is available).
  • Black-and-white and color printing
  • Some public-use computers may be available in this location. Alternatively, use PaperCut Web Print to send a document from your personal computer to this printer and schedule a time to pick it up. Select the printers from the dropdown menu called "ArtLibrary-BW1," "ArtLibrary-BW2," or "ArtLibrary-BW3," for black-and-white printing or "ArtLibrary-CP1," or "ArtLibrary-CP2" for color printing.
