Planned OnBase Maintenance

March 25, 2019 1:30 PM

Center for Information Technology

The OnBase Production environment will be upgraded next week over spring break during one of CIT's standard upgrade windows on Thursday, March 28th from 3:00 am - 7:00 am.

Why are we upgrading?

  • Security Enhancements
  • Additional browser compatibility
  • Performance enhancements
  • User interface enhancements
  • Ability to implement single sign on in the near future

How will this impact me?

You will not be able to log into OnBase during the upgrade (3:00 am - 7:00 am on Thursday, March 28th).

When you log into OnBase after the upgrade you will notice a slightly different look and feel to the web client.  The color grey was added to the user interface in several places to reduce white space & make it easier to grab windows and customize your screen.

Anyone using the Reverse Lookup feature will notice that you can now view the document you are indexing while performing the lookup.

If you have a scanning station, Heather Spellman will be stopping by on Thursday to upgrade the desktop client.
