CIT will be upgrading Banner servers beginning on Friday, January 10 beginning at 6:00 p.m. and extending until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11. This is a major upgrade and will result in a complete outage of Banner and reliant services during the upgrade period.
Impacted services include course lookup and registration, ability to view grades and transcripts, ability to view pay stubs, parent proxy access, dynamic refresh of Degree Works, and more. During the upgrade, these services will be unavailable through OberView and will be reactivated when the servers are brought back online.
