As we begin the transition to remote instruction, you may have lots of technology questions. The CIT Help Desk is the first point of contact for support with all technology concerns and we offer a variety of ways to contact us. You can submit a support ticket online, chat with us, or give us a call, plus we'll still have in-person hours to support faculty and staff next week.
During the week of March 16 through 20, you can drop by in person between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and you can call or chat between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please use the CIT Tech Support Portal for all non-urgent requests. We are experiencing high call volume during the transition to remote instruction, and we appreciate your help in making sure the most critical requests are resolved first.
