Mark Carey '80 is the Economics Department's 2025 Distinguished Finance Speaker. 

Carey, senior policy advisor for the U.S. Office of Financial Research. His topic is "Are Bankers Paid Poorly? Balancing Risk and Value Creation in Finance". Lunch will be provided from 11:50 am - 12:15 p.m. in the atrium.
