AI: WTF?*

*Whose Technological Future?
A Symposium Exploring Critical AI Studies

Critical AI Speaker & Workshop Series October 29-30, 2026

As we continue to examine the possibilities and challenges of AI as part of AI Exploration at Oberlin, we are excited to invite Oberlin students, faculty and staff to participate in “AI: WTF? (Whose Technological Future?) - A Symposium Exploring Critical AI Studies”, October 29-30th, 2026. Over two days, we will welcome speakers to campus who will present lectures and workshops that explore conversations surrounding AI, from writing pedagogy to critical AI literacies to environmental politics.

Thank you

We are grateful for the generous support of Sue Duncan ‘75 and Leo Fisher ‘75 that have made this Fisher-Duncan Critical AI Workshop Series possible.
