Union Street Housing Complex

Part of the college’s Village Housing program, these units are available to students with four or more semesters in residence. This college-owned and maintained housing option includes small, domestic-style houses as well as several styles of apartments, offering fewer student staff members and requiring more personal responsibility.

Designed by Joseph Ferut & Associates of nearby Elyria, the complex embraces three different building styles, each with wood frame structures and traditional porches and balconies. The result is a distinctive, neighborhood feeling.
