Biography
Siir Cole-Chambers joined Oberlin College in 2024, and currently serves as a Director of Student Success and Success Coach. In his role, Siir coaches students to define their own success, leverage their strengths, and develop realistic and individualized plans to accomplish their academic, personal, and professional goals.
Before joining Oberlin College, Siir earned a Master of Divinity at Vanderbilt University in 2022 and operated a business on Black embodiment and spirituality in partnership with his spouse. Siir loves to encourage others to be their fullest selves and views work as a method to practice what you teach.
