The Gertrude B. Lemle Center for Teaching and Scholarship is Oberlin’s teaching and learning center. The Lemle Center helps faculty and teaching staff address the challenges and share the joys of teaching and learning in a residential liberal arts setting.

Institutional Effectiveness & Planning

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Planning supports campus-wide academic and administrative decision-making, assessment, and planning through the coordination of efforts and the collection, curation, analysis, and dissemination of data.

Investment Office

The Oberlin College Board of Trustees’ Investment Committee and Investment Office staff are responsible for oversight of the endowment, designed to provide long-term funding for student financial aid, faculty compensation, and academic programs.

Multicultural Resource Commons

The Multicultural Resource Commons provides programs and services that affirm and promote equity for students of color and college students will marginalized identities. We are committed to working with campus and community partners to create a climate where all students belong and have equitable opportunities and outcomes. As of Fall 2024, our Gender & Attractive Initiatives (GAI) Program has expanded into its own stand-alone office! This office is home to queer, trans, and women's programming & support.
