Biography

Maddie Libao (she/her) began working at Oberlin College in 2023, and currently serves as a Director of Student of Student Success and Success Coach in the Center for Student Success.

In her role, Maddie empowers students to achieve their personal, professional, and academic goals by guiding them in identifying their unique strengths and fostering meaningful, supportive relationships both on campus and beyond. Maddie teaches LEAD 175: Turrets and Trapdoors, a course designed to help students identify and develop their unique assets and skills, fostering a deeper understanding of the strengths they contribute to both their personal and professional lives. Through her teaching and mentoring experiences, Maddie became particularly passionate about student empowerment and contributing to the holistic wellness of students.
