The Heisman Club Hall of Honor was created as a means to recognize individuals who have helped advance the goals of the athletics and physical education department in the areas of varsity sports, recreational sports, and health & wellness. It allows the College another avenue to perpetuate the memory of those persons who have brought distinction, honor, and excellence to Oberlin College Athletics. The Heisman Club recognizes distinguished alumni, past and present staff, and volunteers for their contributions to our student-athletes and campus community. The purpose is to award their achievements and significant contributions to the student-athletes at one of the world’s top liberal arts institutions.

This years honorees are:

Lee Drickamer ’67 (Author, Philanthropist & Longtime OC Athletics Advocate)
Billie Streets ’86 (Student-Athlete, Sports & Entertainment Executive & Heisman Club Board Member)
Mirna Valerio ’97 (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Advocate, Author & Motivational Speaker)
Jeff Weltman ’87 (Student-Athlete & NBA Executive)
