AVI Fresh,  in collaboration with the Office of Environmental Sustainability, is rolling out composting in Stevenson Dining Hall for Ecolympics and Earth Week. Come enjoy a fresh meal and then compost any food contaminated paper products and food scraps during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
