Biography
Selina Wang has served the Oberlin College Libraries since 2010 as a former Head of Discovery and Metadata Services to current Head of Acquisitions, Gifts, E-resources and Serials, leading the team responsible for enhancing and facilitating research resources in all forms via on- and off-campus access directly or indirectly in collaboration with international ExLibris Working Groups in Content as as well as in Rialto.
Prior to Oberlin, Selina taught at the Chinese Summer Institute at Middlebury College, served as a Consortium Librarian at the Louisiana Library Consortium (LOUIS), and as an Associate Head of Cataloging and Metadata Services at MIT. Her primary research interests are indexing, data analysis and systems integration.
