Rathskeller

The Rathskeller, more commonly known as “the Rat,” serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner to go. The menu features local eggs for breakfast sandwiches and burritos; fresh, local, all-beef burgers; halal grilled chicken sandwiches; grilled cheese; and more. We feature local Mediterra Bakehouse buns and bread, and fresh-cut lettuce, tomato, and onions to top your favorite sandwich.
