About the Host
JeffriAnne Wilder is Executive Director of the Center for DEI Innovation and Leadership and an associate professor of sociology at Oberlin.
A sociologist, writer, and thought leader, Wilder’s work focuses on intersectional equity, including anti-racism and women’s empowerment. She holds a PhD in sociology (with a PhD concentration in women’s studies and gender research) and has served in faculty and administrative roles across higher education and equity-focused initiatives.
