Voigt on Oberlin: Doesn't Get Better

Widely acknowledged as today’s preeminent dramatic soprano, Deborah Voigt gave a concert in Finney Chapel on Sunday, March 10, as part of the Artist Recital Series. She performed works by Amy Beach, Ottorino Respighi, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Richard Strauss, Benjamin Moore, and Leonard Bernstein. The following day, Voigt tweeted: “Had a wonderful recital in Oberlin, Ohio, last night. A great hall and a very loving, appreciative audience. Doesn't get better!”
