The Cemelli-Robertson Lambda Educational Endowed Fund was established in December 1997 with gifts from members and friends of the Oberlin Lambda Alumni (OLA) in memory of Andrew Cemelli '85 and Norm Robertson '81. This fund is dedicated to the education of LGBTQ+ history, experiences, and accomplishments. Part of this endowment is dedicated to funding student research & art projects.
The Donald Downs and Richard Alan Korb Endowed Fund was established in December 2007 by gifts from life partners Donald Downs '62 and Richard Alan Korb. This fund is dedicated to supporting the needs and activities of LGBTQ+ students, faculty, and staff. A portion of this fund is designated to provide all gender-affirming items available through the Sexual Information Center free of charge.
The Midge Wood Brittingham LGBTQ+ Student Advocacy Fund was established in December 2024 in honor of Midge Wood Brittingham ’60. The fund is dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ student advocacy, education, leadership development, and community-building initiatives. A portion of the fund is designated to support the Queer Healing Series, which provides student advocates with opportunities to rest, recharge, build community, and sustain their advocacy efforts.
