The Division of Finance and Administration oversees the financial and business administration of the college, including budgeting, resource allocation, short- and long-term financial planning, accounting and financial reporting, and endowment and investment management. This office also oversees the offices of the physical plant, facilities planning and construction, environmental health and safety, procurement and auxiliary business services, and the Center for Information Technology.

Office of Finance

This office conducts comprehensive budget planning and management. It collaborates with the CFO for strategic financial oversight and oversees the Controller's Office on fiscal operations. Additionally, it manages Student Accounts for optimal financial stewardship.

Facilities Department

The Facilities team at Oberlin College includes Facilities Operations, Facility Planning and Construction, and the Office of Energy and Sustainability. They are committed to ensuring a safe, sustainable campus environment. Specialized offices manage energy sustainability, routine maintenance, construction projects, and essential services like landscaping to maintain a vibrant, conducive space for learning and engagement.
