Through the study and creation of music, students of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds are given the opportunity to express their artistic creativity.

Facutly Profile
Dan Adams


New to Community Music School this year is Dan Adams, a classical guitarist and experienced teacher in all styles.

He holds a Doctorate from the University of Boulder and a Master of Music from the Peabody Conservatory.

Dan has performed as a soloist aross the country and in May 2007 appeared with the Lorain County Civic Orchestra to perform Joaquin Rodrigo's "Concierto de Aranjuez."

His debut CD, "Impromptu," features the music of Bach, Weiss, Giuliani, Bennett and Piazzolla

Our faculty members are highly qualified musicians and teachers from the community and Conservatory. Quality instruction, from the beginning to advanced levels of study, is vital to students’ musical development and has been shown to assist in their academic and social development.

Private Lessons
We are excited to offer an expanded repertoire of musical instruction in both private lessons and classes. Please join us as we create and share music with the northeast Ohio community!

 

 

Registration for our programs is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Scholarships are now available!

Oberlin is committed to helping children and families who need assistance to participate in these programs through tuition reduction.

Scholarships will be determined based on family financial resources and number of dependent children.
