Guidelines and Responsibilities

  • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours and no more than 7 days in advance (14 days for rooms on upper levels)
  • Due to limited availabilitiy, recurring reservations are not allowed
  • Priority given to groups of 3 or more, and individuals using projection equipment to practice a presentation
  • Snacks only - no meals or messy, smelly foods; drinks only in covered containers
  • Leave room clean and tidy - put trash and recyclables in proper receptacles
