Biography

Currently Teaching

HISP 102 -  Elementary Spanish II

In addition to teaching HISP 102, I am Faculty-in-Residence at La Casa Hispánica (Harvey House), which is one of the Program Houses on campus with 28 residents and two Language Teaching Assistants.

Research Interests

My research interests are Applied Linguistics and Latin American Mythology. I am committed to an interdisciplinary approach to academic scholarship and teaching. I believe teaching languages should not only be an “inside classroom experience” because language and culture are an intricate part of a community.
