Oberlin College offers free individual and group tutorial services for all students through the Center for Student Success.

Peer tutors are provided for students experiencing academic difficulties in their coursework. You must be enrolled full time to tutor or receive services.

Should you need additional help, consider the tutoring services offered by the Center for Learning, Education, and Research (CLEAR) in the Science Center. They provide Quantitative Skills peer tutors trained in basic math skills, software skills, statistics, and computation.

In addition, the student-led Oberlin Workshop and Learning Sessions (OWLS) is an interactive way to get more and different types of practice mastering the class material outside of homework and problem sets.

If you need a tutor for any humanities or social science courses, contact Donna Allen in Student Academic Success Programs, Peters Hall, Room 118 or call 440-775-8464.
