Biography
Rachel Najdek joins the Division of Student Affairs as Director of Student Affairs Assessment. Rachel is directly involved with developing learning and program assessment and outcomes, including planning, data gathering, benchmarking, and report preparation to better enhance the student experience.
From South Bend, Indiana, Rachel's professional background includes student affairs research and assessment. She earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology (Bethel University), Master's degree in general experimental psychology (Western Illinois University), and a PhD in higher education administration (Bowling Green State University).
