Office of Student Leadership and Involvement
The Office of Student Involvement provides opportunities for students to develop leadership skills and abilities, and supports opportunities—through programs and services—for creativity and the free exchange of ideas and opinions.
Office of the Controller
The Office of the Controller is responsible for managing the overall accounting and treasury service operations of the college. The controller reports to the associate vice president for finance.

The Office of the Dean of Students has as its mission to lead and inspire the Division of Student Life to foster a sense of community in this residential college.

Office of the Dean of the Conservatory
The Office of the Dean of the Conservatory administers the academics of the conservatory. Directly and through the music divisions and departments, the dean’s office deals with a wide range of administrative and academic issues that guide and support conservatory faculty, staff, and students.

Office of the President
The president is the chief executive officer of the college and is responsible for its effective administration and operation. The president reports to the Board of Trustees, of which he or she is an ex officio member.

Office of the Registrar
The Office of Registrar provides services to students from the time a student is admitted through graduation and beyond. The office staff supports enrollment and registration activities by maintaining and publishing course offerings, managing the enrollment and registration processes each semester, and coordinating the publication of the online course catalog.
Office of the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
The Office of the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary oversees the organization of board meetings, administers elections and appointments of faculty members to faculty committees and board committees, and maintains the minutes of board committees and key college committees.

Printing Services
Oberlin College produces a wide variety of printed material each year. On average, the Printing Services staff handles more than 4,000 printing jobs annually. This printed material advertises college events and programs.
