The Office of Advancement serves the interests of Oberlin’s alumni, parents, and friends by maintaining close relationships with the donors and volunteers who help sustain Oberlin.

The Office of Alumni Engagement is dedicated to sustaining lifelong relationships with alumni by providing opportunities to engage with Oberlin College and the community.

The Office of Communications provides leadership for Oberlin’s major communications efforts, overseeing web, print, and identity projects; news and editorial services; media relations; social media; film and photography; and overall strategy for Oberlin’s external and internal communications.

Through bold leadership, innovation, and creative collaboration, OES team works with the administration to advance an environment that is sustainable, equitable, and resilient for our campus, our students, our community, and beyond.

The Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion recommends non-discrimination policies that reflect campus culture and federal guidelines, responds to discrimination and harassment reports with a clear review process, and offers support and information to any members of our community who are involved in discrimination or harassment reports.

This offices oversees all institutional and faculty grant-seeking and administration for the College of Arts and Sciences and the Conservatory of Music.

The Office of Religious and Spiritual Life is a multifaith resource center that supports religious practice, education, service, and activism, and provides spiritual support and counseling.

The Office of Residence Life (ResLife) enables the extension and enhancement of academic learning beyond the classroom. This is accomplished through providing quality programming, efficient services, and safe and comfortable facilities.

The Office of Student Accounts provides customer service and financial counseling to students and guardians in resolving billing questions and facilitating financial arrangements.
