The Office of the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences administers the academics of the college. Directly and through academic departments and programs, the dean’s office deals with a wide range of academic issues, including hiring and promotion of faculty members, faculty development, curriculum, and educational policy.

The Department of Human Resources is responsible for all matters regarding Oberlin College employees, including benefits, compensation, labor relations, and employee policies.

Facilities Operations serves the Oberlin College community as the primary resource for all facility related needs and concerns.

Facilities Planning and Construction (FP&C) is responsible for the planning, design, and construction of facilities on the Oberlin College campus.

The Fellowships and Awards office works with Oberlin College students and alumni interested in applying for nationally competitive programs in a broad range of fields.

The Division of Finance and Administration oversees the financial and business administration of the college, including budgeting, resource allocation, short- and long-term financial planning, accounting and financial reporting, endowment and investment management, and human resources.
