Any election has the potential to cause feelings of stress, but in 2020, it’s all but guaranteed. Oberlin is offering a number of campus resources and activities to help you de-stress and take care of yourself through Election Day and beyond.

  • How the Health Are You? Tools, resources and information on mental health for BIPOC.

  • Let's Talk – Schedule a time online to talk informally with a therapist about a specific concern you'd like to address.
