The Oberlin Technology Store is an authorized repair center for Apple Macintosh and HP professional line computers. The Store does not service products from other hardware vendors or consumer line models.
If you have a hardware or software problem, please contact the Center for Information Technology Help Desk at 440-775-8197 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Help Desk, located on Mudd Main Level in the Academic Commons, and is open 9 a.m. to noon and 1–4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with additional student staffing evening and weekends during the academic year. (Help Desk hours begin at 10 a.m. during winter term and the summer months).

The Tech Store Benefits
The Technology Store offers Tech Tech Store Benefits for professional line notebooks when purchased with a three– or four-year warranty. These systems must have been purchased directly from the Technology Store. Online web orders or orders through other retail outlets are not covered. See our Tech Store Benefits for details.
