Biography

Nicole Addington comes to Oberlin after more than 13 years at Case Western Reserve University. She served as the assistant dean of finance at the School of Medicine, where she oversaw all aspects of the school’s financial operations and, prior to that, worked in the Office of Audit Services.

Addington began her career in public accounting at Hausser + Taylor, where her client base included institutions of higher education and non-profit organizations. During her time in higher education, Nicole worked collaboratively with a cross functional team of administrative offices, developing and monitoring financial recovery models, key performance metrics, and productivity models.

Nicole is a certified public accountant and earned a bachelor of science in accountancy at the University of Dayton. She also actively serves on several boards. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPAs.
