When and where will the Lavender Celebration take place?

Due to Covid-19, the Lavender Celebration will be held virtually this year. To respect the participants' confidentiality, The Multicultural Resource Center will email all "Lavender" graduates a link to the video. The link will be emailed to them on Sunday, May 16th.

Do I need to apply to participate in the Lavender Celebration?

Yes! This is an application process and does not guarantee you a spot in the ceremony or a stole/cord. While we would like to provide a stole/cord and celebrate every graduating senior or graduate, cords are limited so please apply early!

Where can I find the registration form?

Registration will be available March 30 - April 26, 2021. Students who registered for graduation through the Registrar's Office will receive an email with application information in March.

When is the deadline to apply?

The deadline to apply is April 26, 2021. Once the application closes no late applications will be accepted.

Can we sign up to have our cords delivered or picked up?

Upon confirmation, students will be sent more information on receiving their cord.
