Professor of Singing Marlene Rosen has studied with several vocal instructors including Abbey de Royaumont (France), Richard Miller, Helen Hodam, Margaret Hoswell, Dalton Baldwin, Hugues Cuenod, Yolanda Marculescu, Gerard Souzay and Paul Ulanovsky.
She has performed as a soloist with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, Cleveland Chamber Orchestra, Philadelphia Festival Orchestra, University of Evansville Oratorio Society, Canton Symphony and New Music Associates of Cleveland State University.
In addition, Rosen has presented numerous premieres and performances throughout the Midwest with the Plum Creek Chamber Ensemble, the Fischer Duo, and the Ensemble Pierrot. She has performed with ensembles in Beijing, Germany, and Holland, and with the Turku Music Festival in Findland.
