At Oberlin, Schrader focuses on integrating career education into the student experience to best prepare students for successful and fulfilling careers. Her most enjoys one-on-one coaching sessions, where she can individually advise students on career readiness.
When she is not at the office, Schrader likes reading nonfiction in the cozy reading nook of her Old Brooklyn home, perusing good finds at the local flea market, traveling domestically and abroad, cruising on her banana-yellow bicycle, as well as napping in the sun alongside her cat, Nelson.
