Biography

I spent most of my childhood in the beautiful city of Portland, Maine. I graduated in 2015 with a major in Biology and a minor in Anthropology. While a student at Oberlin, I held several leadership roles in Third World Co-op, a dining cooperative and also enjoyed cooking and tasting the delicious cuisine! I helped facilitate Oberlin Workshop and Learning Sessions (OWLS) in Astronomy and later became an OWLS Coordinator. I loved going to Oberlin’s on-campus bowling alley and seeing as many dance productions as possible.

I spent the last two years serving as an AmeriCorps College Completion Coach at Lorain County Community College in Elyria, Ohio, connecting incoming students with the resources they needed to persist and complete their degrees. Outside of work, I love to spend time dancing, hanging out with my dog, Taiyo, playing mini golf, bowling, and trying new restaurants.

I have fallen in love with northeast Ohio and am so excited to be back at Oberlin working in the field of my dreams. I can’t wait to read your applications and if you have any questions along the way, please feel free to contact me!
