Biography

I applied early decision to Oberlin as a high schooler deeply passionate about music and visual arts. Coming from a small town in Maine, it felt like there was so much I was missing, and Oberlin became the place where I could spend my days looking at the work of my favorite artists and nights seeing some of my favorite bands perform. Along the way, I learned a new language and picked up many new skills—from bike maintenance to basic music production.

In 2019, I graduated with a degree in art history and French, as well as three years of college admissions experience. As a student, I was a member of an improv comedy troupe, served as the electronic music director at WOBC, and worked as a docent at the Allen Memorial Art Museum.

After participating in a French Language program in France and interning as a senior fellow in the Admissions Office, I realized how much I enjoyed working and communicating with people, especially in a higher education setting. I’m excited to be continuing my work with Admissions and look forward to connecting with you.
