Zachary Lewis ’09 co-founded and still is an owner of The Slow Train Cafe and The Local, both in Oberlin, Ohio. He later moved to Israel and co-founded the Israel Lacrosse Association in 2011. He is currently still an active board member and works in business development. Upon coming back to the States, Zach formed a real estate management company called Markis Management, that he co-owns and operates. The company manages roughly $160 million in Real Estate and has subsidiary construction, contracting, insurance brokerage, lease negotiation and development companies. He has spearheaded the purchase of three buildings in the Hudson Valley for the new realty development division.
