Daniel Markus is a musician, audio engineer, and writer from Rockville, Maryland. His work in music and sound design has been premiered at the Boston Early Music Festival and Oberlin College and Conservatory, where he performs in the Oberlin Improvisation and New Music Collective and studies under Aurie Hsu. As an engineer, his credits include The Dig, QTY, and Fleabite, and he has engineered front of house for Remember Sports, Xenia Rubinos, Kamaiya, and others. Along with work as a musician and engineer, Daniel is the co-creator and co-producer of The Weekly, a podcast by WOBC and The Oberlin Review.
