Brian Hemmert is an Environmental Studies major and Hispanic Studies minor as well as a member of the Yeomen baseball team. His focus within environmental studies is on social norms and their impacts on the environment. He is most interested in how to transition away from meat and dairy consumption in the United States towards more sustainable options. He is especially interested in how to use market-based solutions to change social norms and help solve environmental issues. He is working with his longtime friend Raymond Mendoza on the venture. Brian and Ray are both very passionate about this project and are looking forward to working together.
