Bradford Beckerman is a food manufacturer and business consultant. In 2002, he sustained serious injuries as the result of a nearly fatal car accident. Relying on what he learned growing up with a holistic Jamaican babysitter, he began to explore the healing powers of herbs, plants and natural foods. In 2006, almost completely healed, Bradford moved back to NYC to be the General Manager of Barney Greengrass, leading them to win the James Beard Award for best eggs in the United States. Bradford began selling his first functional beverages in the Barney Greengrass store, and eventually built Bradford Tonic, a beverage company that was nationally distributed by UNFI and carried in over 160 Whole Foods. In 2014, he launched a new company in New York City. He now plans to scale the piloted drinks and establish national distribution.
