Born and raised in the Indian Himalayas, Ariella is a Nutritional Therapist in training. She is passionate about reaching into people's lives, finding what makes them tick, and inspiring them to take control of their health. While at Oberlin she began to study Somatics, the way in which the body's state affects the brain, and investigating how eating the right foods for specific bodies' needs helps people better cope with their everyday stresses. Since graduating from Oberlin in May she has started setting up shop in New Delhi, and with it the beginnings of a health empowerment movement rooted in bio-individual nutritional therapy coaching.
